Holly Rouse is a writer of words and a snapper of snapshots with a love of design and all things creative. She is a journalist by trade and a dreamer by nature who was born, bred and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She still calls it home — and she says she always will. Being a feminist with direct Appalachian descent and a Native American boyfriend, her life is a bit of a culture study. Her interests include tattoos, weddings, culture and the inner-workings of community. At 23 years old, Holly graduated in April 2014 from the University of Cincinnati with two bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She recently completed a year-long internship with Cincinnati CityBeat where she currently works as a freelance writer and reporter. When she isn’t interning or writing her blog, Currently a stylist for Modster, Holly has perviously worked as a personal shopper and stylist for a women’s clothing boutique in West Chester, Ohio. The defining factors of her life both personally and professionally can be summed up into three words: stories, snapshots and style.
